Three mending ceramic body and rim sherds from a large Hessian crucible. The crucible is likely a crude stoneware or possibly a coarse earthenware with a gray paste. The crucible is burnt and the interior has some traces of residue. The exterior has some traces of purple and green melted residue. The vessel has a triangular-mouth although the rim is incomplete. One side of the rim measures to 3.44 in length.
