Underfired, thick-bodied salt glazed stoneware base/body sherd from a small jug or jar with a very light buff colored body. The interior is unglazed and dry-bodied. There are visible turn rings on the interior. Most likely locally manufactured. Consists of 13 sherds that mend but are not mended. Two sherds have a trace of mottled brown slip. There is a possible impressed potter's mark on the base.
