Glass Wine-Style Bottle Neck/Finish

One large wine or liquor green glass bottle finish and neck fragment with an irregular flat top and a sloppily applied, irregular string rim. The string rim appears to be a combination of a rounded trail and a v-tooled rim. The finish has a light patina covering the exterior and interior.
