Glass Wine-Style Bottle Neck/Finish

One wine or liquor green glass bottle finish and neck fragment with a flat top and a sloppily applied, irregular v-tooled string rim. The finish has a patina covering the exterior and interior. There is a large rusted iron fragment adhered to the exterior.
