Glass Wine-Style Bottle Neck/Finish

One very large wine or liquor green glass bottle neck and finish with an irregular flat top and a sloppily applied, irregular string rim. The string rim appears to be a sloppy combination of a rounded trail or v-tooled. The finish has a light patina covering the exterior and interior.
