Painted Tin-Glazed Earthenware Tile Sherd

Heavily burned and blackened tin glazed refined earthenware (delftware) tile sherd. The face is coated with a white tin glaze and decorated with blue and light blue painted decoration featuring an indeterminate design within a double concentric circle. Tile has mortar adhered to back and has one straight edge. The tile is approximately 0.39 inches in thickness.
