Painted Tin-Glazed Earthenware Tile Sherd

(Late 17th to Mid 18th Century)

One light yellow/buff bodied tin-glazed refined earthenware tile sherd with blue painted decoration over white glaze on one surface. The central pattern is surrounded by a blue double concentric circle. The central motif is a possible landscape pattern painted in dark blue. The tile fragment has one straight edge.
