Chinese Porcelain Teacup Base Sherd

One small Chinese-export porcelain base sherd from a teacup. The base has a delicate footring with a small diameter. The interior base has a light blue underglaze painted concentric circle within the footring, possibly part of a maker's mark. There is no visible decoration on the interior or exterior of the vessel.
