Four English Brown salt-glazed stoneware body and rim sherds from a mug or tankard. The exterior has thick mottling with speckles and a brown salt glaze. The exterior body is coated with a brown iron oxide slip, and the interior rim has some traces of dripped residue/slip. The tankard consists of four sherds that mend but are not mended. Similar tankards have been found within the same context but they do not mend and are likely not from the same vessel.
