Five mending ceramic body and rim sherds from a large Hessian crucible. The crucible is likely a crude stoneware or possibly a coarse earthenware with a gray paste. The crucible is burnt and the interior has some traces of residue. The vessel has a triangular-mouth although the rim is incomplete.
