One mostly complete bone button blank comprised of five mending fragments with a round hemispherical shape and one hole in the center. The button blank measures to a little under 1 inch in diameter and would have had a covering over the face. The bone is colored green, most likely from exposure to a copper alloy covering or proximity to a copper object post-depositionally. The unidentified copper alloy metal disc cataloged in this context fits perfectly over this button, which may indicate that the covering was this aforementioned metal disc.
