This strat appeared limited to the area which was excavated to remove the tops of the stone wall and wooden feature. Possibly a domestic midden redeposited as fill to level the ground. This context was excavated accidentally as a "mixed stratum."

Collection method
This context was excavated using shovels. The soil was dry screened using 1/4 inch mesh.
