One encrusted and corroded copper alloy concave disc-shaped object measuring to approximately 1 inch in diameter. The disc is most likely from a button or the metal covering for a bone button. However the disc only has a shallow depression where the button attachment would sit, so it is possible that the object is some type of cap or covering for an unidentified object. There is a small fragment of rusted iron on one surface of the disc, which may be a nail that has adhered to the disc but does not appear to be part of a shank.
