Lead Glazed Redware Bowl Body/Rim Sherd

(17th Century)

One redware rim sherd and one body sherd from a bowl with a green/ginger-colored lead glaze on both surfaces. The body is fairly thin and has a red/orange colored paste. The rim is thicker than the body. The vessel is most likely from the 17th-century and Dutch in origin. Consists of two sherds that mend but are not mended/glued.
