One large, mended tin glazed chamber pot comprised of base, body, and rim sherds with a handle. The vessel is plain with an everted, curled rim and an intact, strongly curved handle. The paste is dark buff bodied in color and there is a white/light blue tin glaze coating the interior and exterior surfaces. A small amount of tin glaze also is visible on the exterior surface of the base. There is some discoloration on the glaze and paste, which may be from burning or a privy. The rim diameter of this chamber pot is 8 inches and the height is 6 inches.
