Pipe Bowl Fragment

Broken but probably late 17th, early 18th century heeless English bowl. Manufacturing defect; small piece of clay obstructs the bore hole where it meets the bowl, therefore the intended bore size was probably larger. Nevertheless, it was usable. Obvious use wear.
