Tin Glazed Earthenware Body/Rim Sherd

Small porringer or a wine taster. Bright white intact glaze. Blue dashes around the rim and onto the start of a horizontal loop handle. Interior motif is probably a Chinese-style floral. Plain exterior with a ridge below the slightly everted rim.
