Glass Wine Bottle Fragment with Armorial Seal of Gov. Benjamin Fletcher

Wine bottle seal probably the property of Gov. Benj. Fletcher: a shield quartered by a cross. On the ends of the cross are what appear to be fleur-de-lis; in each quarter is a scallop shell.
