Creamware Rim Sherd

The interior rim has a blackened area that appears to have had a decoration over fired when the bowl was made, as the glaze surface is finely pitted. The rest of the vessel is uncrazed, which makes staining unlikely as a reason for the color. Assigned Vessel Number 77.
