Painted Tin-Glazed Earthenware Bowl Rim Sherd

(1600 - 1800)

One rim sherd with multiple fragments of detached tin-glaze from a buff-bodied tin-glazed earthenware bowl. Both surfaces have a thick white tin glaze but the exterior is painted with blue, green, and red decoration, possibly depicting floral or botanical designs. Much of the glaze has flaked off.
