Painted Tin-Glazed Earthenware Body Sherds

(1600 - 1800)

Three buff-bodied tin-glazed earthenware body sherds from an unknown vessel type with blue painted decoration over a white glaze. The sherds have a white tin glaze on both surfaces but the blue painted decoration is only on one surface. Some sherds are missing glaze on their opposite surfaces. The sherds do not mend and more than one vessel is represented.
