Rouletted "WE" Smoking Pipe Stem

One white ball clay smoking pipe stem fragment with multiple bands of decorative rouletting. The stem has one band of "runs of dots" between two bands of Bristol diamonds. Some of the Bristol diamond decoration is missing the central dot within the diamond. Above this decoration, there is a rouletted band of repeating "V"-shaped decoration. There is a stamped/impressed "WE" within the runs of dots, which may link to pipe-maker Williams Evans I or II (1660-1700), a pipe manufacturer in Bristol, England.
