Glass Wine-Style Bottle Base

One wine or liquor green glass bottle base fragment with a domed kick-up. The exterior and interior have a heavy patina, and the glass is delaminating. The bottle was initially identified as having a sand pontil, but the glass is to patinated to conclusively determine.
