Printed Pearlware Handle

One blue transfer printed pearlware handle from a teapot or possibly a pitcher. The pattern consists of a repeating leaf or floral design running lengthwise up the handle and surrounded by field dots. There is a molded tail on one end of the handle. The printed portion has an area of smudged coloring which is most likely a manufacturing defect.
