One mended pearlware teacup consisting of rim and body sherds with a polychrome design. The exterior surface is fluted and decorated with underglaze painted red/orange flowers with brown stems and green leaves. A yellow band outlined in brown is present just below the slightly scalloped rim on both the interior and exterior surfaces. This is an example of pearlware design #43. Additional base, body, and rim fragments featuring this design are present. The rim diameter is approximately 8.5 cm.
