Bowl rim fragment with side cartouche marked R/_IP/__T. Workshop of Robert Tippet I, II, or III in Bristol, or one of his plagiarizers.The pipe is of good quality. Dates for Tippet are 1660-1722 but could be later into the 3rd quarter of the 18th century.
