One white ball clay smoking pipe stem, heel, and bowl rim with a belly-shaped bowl and rouletted rim. There is a hand-shaped maker's mark, known as a Gauntlet, visible on the base of the heel. This pipe dates to ca. 1660-1680 and was made in south west England and shipped out through Bristol. The bore hole diameter is 7/64 inches.
