Pipe Stem Fragment with Marked Heel

Pipe stem with heel. Initials "H/S" on either side of heel. Heel measures 1/4" diameter. Possibly Henry Stokes, London, c.1682, although could be Bristol maker. Several Bristol makers w/those initials. Pipe could be 18th century.
