One Dutch majolica base sherd from a charger with a buff body and a colorless lead glaze on its exterior surface. The face is coated with a white tin glaze with cobalt (blue) painted decoration with an unknown pattern depicting multiple wavy lines clustered together. The plate has a thick and flat footring which is partially unglazed.
