Sprig Molded Rhenish Blue on Gray (Westerwald) Stoneware Body Sherd

One small Westerwald or "Rhenish Blue on Gray" salt-glazed German stoneware body sherd from an indeterminate hollowware vessel. There is an applied/sprigged ornamentation on the exterior with manganese purple coloring adjacent to the sprigged decoration. The sherd has a light gray body.
