One large rim sherd from a Rhenish Blue on Gray or Westerwarld salt-glazed stoneware jug or tankard. The exterior has multiple horizontal molded or incised lines, one of which is colored a deep, bright blue. Beneath these lines are a finely done sprigged tulip, filled in with purple, with small beads and large, blue-filled leaves. The rim measures to approximately 3 inches in diameter.
