One small and unusual wooden (or possibly bone) object that resembles some type of finial. The body is a tapered cylinder with a rounded half-circle top. The cylindrical exterior has four lines of decorative reeding. The half-circle top has a partial black coloring, perhaps paint or dye, along the top in a wide band, with a paper-thin cut slit following within the colored area. The interior is hollow and does not have visible threading.
