Lead Glazed Redware Jar Body/Rim Sherd

One large body/rim sherd from a large storage jar or a similar vessel. The interior rim has an indentation or a lip possibly for a lid. Both the interior and exterior are coated in a green/ginger-colored lead glaze. The interior has visible deep turn rings. The body is coarse and varies in color from gray to red. The exterior body has evidence of small air pockets which are a result of the cooling down period from the kiln firing.
