One unusual white salt-glazed stoneware body sherd from a tankard with a light taupe colored paste and a thicker than typical body. The exterior has a two thick bands of wavy rouletted lines between a thin engine-turned band. Portions of the exterior also have a coating of thin brown slip or a brown glaze. There are visible turn rings on the interior. Possibly a variant of Nottingham-type stoneware.
