One small Chinese export porcelain rim sherd with gold gilding and dark gray overglaze enamel painted decoration on the interior. The sherd may be from a teacup, saucer or similar vessel. The motif is a European Neoclassical style and is possibly a variant of a husk chain motif between two straight lines of gray and gilded decoration. There is no visible decoration on the exterior.
