One mended smoking pipe bowl made of white ball clay with a rouletted rim. There is a Dublin maker's mark above a shamrock stamped onto the exterior bowl. The interior surface is blackened. Likely manufactured in 1918 to appeal to Irish immigrants who came to the U.S. in the 19th century.
