Test Pit 6 (TP6) was located just east of the plaza. The test pit was moved south to avoid the park's tree canopy. The test pit was found to have extensive rubble fill until around 4.5 feet below ground surface. A metal pipe in the east trench wall at 6 feet below ground surface, asphalt and brick fragments at more than 7 feet below ground surface, and ceramic fragments from 8.3 to over 9 feet indicate that there was a deep disturbance.
