A red transfer printed whiteware rim sherd from a flatware vessel. Although the central scene remains unknown, the rim features a design likely created by Job & John Jackson of Burslem, Staffordshire between 1831 and 1835. This series depicted views of the River Clyde and Glasgow. The gently scalloped rim uses floral and botanical designs, florals with picture medallions, and a motif called "Clyde Scenery: Jackson."
