The side panel of the bottle is embossed with "_ _ RNETT", which may be a "Burnett's Cocaine for the Hair" bottle that was a combination "A Perfect Hair Dressing;" "A Promoter of the Growth of the Hair;" and "A Preparation [to] Free [one] from irritating Matter" like dandruff. The hair dressing was prepared by Joseph Burnett & Co, Boston from the mid- to late-19th century.
