Smoking Pipe Bowl Rim

One smoking pipe bowl rim with a partial worn cartouche on the side of the bowl. The cartouche is illegible. The interior of the bowl is blackened from smoking. The bowl is rather tall and similar to Ivor Noel Hume's number 15 pipe bowl shape.
